We began this project by removing the existing builder landscape and establishing proper elevations to seamlessly transition extreme grade changes. We created a functional and utilizable backyard space that incorporated the following elements: a stucco retaining wall with bluestone caps, a 1000+ sf bluestone patio, a fire pit, a sunken hot tub, new plantings, a custom multilevel Ipe wood deck with built in grill, and a 30’ stream flowing into a stocked 17’ x 30’ Koi pond.
